The following terms and conditions apply to all business transactions from this site. The use of this site indicates your agreement to accept these terms and conditions. Please note these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We reserved the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website with or without notice to you and you also confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.

• To order products from this website, you must be aged 18 years or above or have parental supervision if under 18. 
• All order unit measurements are in METRE. Order in fraction of a metre is also allowed. Just indicate the amount you wish to purchase.
• It is advisable that you place a request for sample SWATCHES prior to ordering any fabric in specified lengths, the minimum being 0.1 metre. 
• Once you have placed an order, emails will be sent to you to confirm all relevant details, confirmation of payment and shipping. 
• It is advisable to check prior to placing an order for ongoing and/or future use of the same fabric as no guarantee can be given for availability or exact color matches, i.e. dye lots may change from one batch to another. 
• Whilst every effort is made to ensure that fabrics are supplied as per sample swatches provided we reserve the right to supply fabrics of a similar type where fabric dye lots have changed. 
• In the unlikely event we cannot fulfill an order, a refund will be issued and the buyer notified. 
• Out of stock items may take up to 10 weeks for re-ordering and delivery. 
• Any typographical error or omission in any form of literature issued by FabricCuts shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part. 
• We reserve the right to decline a transaction of any products advertised on this website based on the reasons below: 
  1. product you ordered are unavailable from stock, 
  2. inability to obtain authorization for your payment,
  3. identification of a pricing or product description error.

• The product photographs generated for the website are for illustrative purposes only and in no way constitute an exact representation of the product concerned. 
• Each product is carefully examined prior to dispatch. 
• No claim will be entertained once fabric has been used or cut in anyway or in any production or sewing process undertaken by the buyer.

PLACING AN ORDER

• Making an order is easy. Just browse “Shop by Category” for "Full Collection" or "Fabric Type" or "Design Motifs" and click on any of the displayed fabrics that you wish to view and order.
• Enter the required quantity into the quantity field and add them to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Basket” button. 
• Note that, for cut yardage, you may order in whole or fractions of a metre by keying-in decimal places, e.g. 1 ¼ metre, key-in as 1.25 metre. 
• Please read the description for fabric details and note current stock available. Mostly, we hold more than the quantity listed and occassionally stock may not be available due to us selling through our other channel. In this case, you will be notified by email or phone.
• If you wish to check stock availability before ordering, call +603-20785706 and we will be happy to confirm. 
• After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil and complete the order.

USE OF COUPONS

• If you have subscribed to our mailing list by registering your email address with us, you will periodically receive coupons entitled for discounts, shipping specials, etc.
• Each coupon has a Coupon Code (words like SHIP, TEN OR HAPPY) which must be entered during the checkout process in the box marked "Enter Coupon Code".
• After entering the code, click the "Apply" button and you will see the appropriate discount applied to your order.

NOTE:
We only accept ONE coupon per order. If you have been sent multiple coupons, please select the one that is most advantageous for you and enter that one. If you attempt to enter multiple coupons, you will receive no discount. ALSO, please understand that, we are unable to apply coupons retroactively. Once an order has shipped, we cannot go back and retroactively apply a coupon.

 USE OF GIFT CERTIFICATES

• Gift Certificates may be purchased in our web store. If you purchase a Gift Certificate, you will be asked for the name and e-mail address of the recipient, along with any message you would like sent with the gift.  
• Once the purchase of the Gift Certificate has been completed, the recipient will receive an e-mail from us that includes a unique Gift Certificate Code.

NOTE:
That code represents the equivalent of money. It can be used by anyone that has the code. To apply a Gift Certificate to an order, simply type in the Gift Certificate Code during the checkout process in the box titled: “Gift Certificate Number” and then click on the "Apply" button. You will see the amount of the gift certificate applied to your order. If the entire amount of a gift certificate is not used on a given order, the balance is retained in our system and the code can be used again to apply the balance.

 

• The minimum order quantity for any fabric is 0.1metre which is the standard measure size width of sample/swatches' order. 
• All fabrics can be ordered in whole or fraction of a metre, e.g 1¼metres. However, you must enter the fractions in decimal format when ordering, e.g. 1.25metres.

 BACKORDERS

• While we always attempt to maintain substantial quantity of ready stock for all of our products, it is possible that we may have less in-stock quantity for a particular fabric than you want to order.  
• If it is a re-orderable fabric (meaning we can get more from our supplier), when you attempt to order a quantity greater than we have in-stock, you will see a note in the shopping cart advising you that the item will be backordered for you.  
• We will NOT ship you what we have in stock and then ship the balance when it arrives, as dye-lot variations could cause you a problem.  
• We will only ship you the entire amount that you ordered for that item when new stock arrives.  
• If you have ordered multiple items and some of them are immediately available from our inventory, we will ship those to you immediately and send you the backordered item(s) when it arrives.  
• Do not worry about being double billed for shipping charges. Our system ensures that does not occur.

NOTE:
Some of our fabrics are not re-orderable (cannot get more from our supplier). Those products cannot be backordered. We will advise you accordingly should the situation arise. In that case, you can decide whether the quantity we have in stock is adequate to meet your needs.

 

• FabricCuts is committed to delivering EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you place an initial order and decide later that you want to make a change to your order (e.g. you ordered 2 metres and later realize you need 3 metres), contact our customer service and let us know how we can help you. 
• If your order has not already been processed, we are more than happy to assist with your request. 
• If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to make any adjustments as the fabric is already cut. 
• Should that occur, we will be happy to assist you with placing an additional order.
• For your order planning purposes, you should assume that your order will be processed the same day for orders received before noon and the next day for orders received after 12.00pm when you placed your order.

STORE CREDITS

• It is possible that you may be entitled to a store credit for one of several reasons (e.g. you paid by cheque and by the time we received your check we were out of stock on a given product.) 
• If you have a store credit, it will automatically be applied to your next order. No action on your part will be needed.
• If you are a REGISTERED CUSTOMER, you may view your available store credits by going to My Account.

• All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer unless goods supplied were defective. In such a case the FabricCuts shall be responsible.  
• When returning goods, the buyer must get the necessary authorization and to inform FabricCuts prior to dispatching the said goods.  
• If you need help and further clarification on the returns, you may also call +60 3-20785706 and speak to our Customer Service.  
• Returned goods received must be verified on shipping docket by a signature from an authorized representative of FabricCuts to confirm receipt as title for ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time.  
• Once we have received the goods we shall initiate the refund or replacement.

• FabricCuts guarantees the goods sold will comply with the description provided in the current advertising literature. 
• Due to variation between textures, widths, weight and dyes lots, we cannot guarantee the item supplied will be an identical match with the goods previously purchased, or sampled. 
• Where goods are required to match previous purchases, a cutting of the original material should be provided by you, and we will then advise as to the availability. 
• Please note that shade variation also occurs between different fabrics of the same colour title and it is impossible to guarantee identical match. 
• All goods stocked are of high quality, but in circumstances when manufacturing faults or joins are required to complete the quantity ordered, an allowance of 12cm will be given on each occasion. 
• Although we supply high quality fabrics, due to the nature of the material supplied, the only warranty in respect to these products that can be given or implied cannot extend beyond the occasion of the first use. 
• Consumer statutory rights are not affected.
