. FabricCuts shall strive to deliver efficiently as possible to satisfy our clients' need.

. However, there are instances when third party agents do NOT meet such standards.

. We cannot accept liability in the event of any delay caused by the delivery agents.

. The maximum weight for each packed package to be delivered will be 5kg max.

. If an order exceeds 5kg, the excess will be packed in separate units of 5kg max each.

The following S&H charges are to be used as guides during your purchasing process. However, the final rates are calculated based on actual weight of shipment and type of carrier used (Poslaju Express / Parcel Post for domestic delivery and Poslaju Express for international delivery).

Delivery standard is based on the exchange of parcels from the delivery destination to the intended ones.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER IS EASY

FabricCuts uses the EMS (Express Mail Services) to ship orders to you; Poslaju / Parcel Post for local delivery and Poslaju for international delivery.

If your order DO NOT reach you within 3 working days after your payment is received by us through email confirmation by iPay88, call (+603-2078 5706) or email us for the courier docket number

to track your order in transit.

Alternatively, look for the docket number in the order confirmation email we sent to you after your order has been processed.

How do I track my order with the courier docket number?

When you have received the courier docket number, key-in the number into the Poslaju website below: -

Unfortunately, delivery by Parcel Post (2nd class Air) cannot be tracked at the present moment.

If you still have to ask, you may call directly to your nearest local Poslaju service centre (local orders only) and provide them the courier docket number.

For international order, please call your nearest local EMS service centre and provide them your courier docket number as well.
