What is your return policy?
At FabricCuts, we stand behind the products we sell. All purchases carry a 30-day money back guarantee for defective products. If you received a defective product, please contact us and we will assist you with the authorization and return of defective merchandise. We insist our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is received to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 30-day guarantee has expired.
 
Upon receipt of your return, it takes 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account. The credit will be processed against your original form of payment. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
 
First, contact Customer Service to ensure that your return has been authorized. Since the shipping of the defective products is attributed to us, FabricCuts will pay for domestic return shipping fee associated with the authorized return. Please note that the initial original shipping charge is non-refundable.

What are your shipping rates?

How do I check the status of my order?
Only registered customers can check order status on-line. Login with your registered email address and password and then click on the "Your Account" tab.
 
If you are already a registered customer, click here. All customers will receive an e-mail advising you when your order has shipped.
 
 
What is your security and privacy policy?
FabricCuts is committed to protecting your security and privacy. We do not disclose, sell, trade or otherwise share your personal information with anyone for any reason.

When can I expect my order?
Your order is important! We are committed to processing and shipping it to you within two (2) days of receiving it (including weekends and Malaysian public holidays except during the first 5 days of the Chinese New Year). In most cases, we ship on the same day for orders received before 12.00 noon and the next day for orders received after 12.00 pm.
Actual delivery time will vary based on the carrier of your choice to deliver from our shop in Kuala Lumpur to your delivery address.

What are your payment methods?
We accept major credit cards: Visa and MasterCard at the present moment. Other credit cards will be added from time to time.
 
We also accept Internet Banking transfers, T/T, Direct Bank-in and personal cheque for domestic customers.
Internet Banking transfer is automatically handled by our Payment Systems similar to the Credit Card charge system; we have a few local banks listed for your payment convinence.
For T/T and Direct Bank-in payment, kindly SMS to +6016-6065094 for FabricCuts' Bank account number and to confirm after payment is done.
For customers who paid by personal cheques, your order will be shipped after the cheque payment is cleared by the bank. This may add 7-10 business days to your delivery time. Please include bank commission for any outstation cheque payment.

For international customers, the current modes available are Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

We are happy to inform our customers that we use secured payment gateway provided by iPay88, a renowned and established MSC approved Malaysian company.


 
Do you have a physical store?
FabricCuts is an Online Internet shop link to our traditional brick and mortar shop, People Textile Sdn Bhd based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As some of our customers are unable to physically visit us, we make every attempt to make shopping at our web store as close to the "real thing" and convenient as possible. Do you have a catalogue?
Since our inventory changes almost daily, we do not offer a printed catalogue at this time. All of our fabrics can be found on our web site with a picture, price, and description. Also in most cases you can order a swatch. Everything you need to know is right at your fingertips and can be accessed online.
 
 
Is the fabric shipped in pieces?
We do our very best to provide you fabric in one continuous piece. In the fabric industry, however, this task is not always possible. As a result, we must determine what length is considered a full piece. FabricCuts considers a continuous 10-metre piece to be a 'full piece'. Therefore, if an order is placed for yardage exceeding 10 metres, and the fabric can only be provided in pieces, the order will be shipped as long as at least one full 10-metre piece is included, regardless of the length of the other piece(s). If we cannot provide at least one full 10-metre piece, our customer service department will notify you prior to shipment.
 
We understand that fabric for uniforms may pose a problem if they are not in large enough pieces for cost purpose. For this reason, such type of material is handled on case to case basis.
 
 
What types of fabric are stocked?
FabricCuts offers comprehensive range of apparel fabrics to meet all of your needs and specific requirements. We are your online fabric shop where we sell cut fabric by the metre. The country of origin for at least 95% of all our materials come from JAPAN. We believe in importing the best and highest quality fabric for our customers.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reorder products that we acquired as one-time only specials. When they sold out, stocks are finished, so if you see something you like, you should act quickly to order it. The good news is that we are receiving other new one-time only special fabrics all the time.

 
We are unable to do that at this time. FabricCuts assigns a unique name and product number to all of our merchandise. For this reason, we are unable to match up fabric based on manufacturer's information. If you are seeking a specific fabric, we suggest browsing our site. If you find what you are looking for on what we have online, you may then order the specific fabric you want.
 
Do you sell fabric swatches?
We do sell samples of most of our fabrics. Look for the "Swatches" on the “Shop by Category” for instructions on how to order sample swatches we carry. Please note that swatches can not be returned for a refund or for store credit. The minimum cut size width for swatches is 0.1metre.
As most shipping cap a minimum weight of 0.5kg, plan to order at least 5 swatches per order to save on shipping cost. Otherwise your swatch may cost more than the freight incurred.
 
Because many of the fabrics we stock are not re-orderable and are one-time only specials, there is the possibility that a fabric could sell out by the time you receive your swatch.
